Why is my payment card being declined?
Credit/debit cards can have online purchase restrictions. Contact your credit card company to approve the purchase. Some cards may not support recurring subscription billing and could be declined.
How do I cancel or update my subscription?
Go to the billing section at the bottom of the join page and click to manage all billing updates and cancellations. If you have any issues click the support section for further assistance.
How do I access the community after I pay?
Once you complete the payment you will receive a link inviting you to join and create a profile on the Father Figures About Page through Skool.com. Make sure you use the same email address as you did for the payment this will be verified before you are allowed access.
How do I access the courses and tools?
All the learning material is under the community classroom tab. We recommend you download and use the financial success tools with a laptop or desktop.
How do I log in to my community account?
The quickest and easiest way is to go to Skool.com and log in, or download the Skool app on Apple or Android.
