Why is my payment card being declined?
Credit/debit cards can have online purchase restrictions. Contact your credit card company to approve the purchase. Some cards may not support recurring subscription billing and could be declined.

How do I access the community after I pay?
Once you complete the payment you will see a link inviting you to register and create a profile. Make sure you use the same email address as you did for the payment this will be verified before you have full access to the paid product.
How do I access the courses and tools?
All the learning material is under the community classroom tab. We recommend you download and use the financial success tools on a laptop or desktop this will require you to have Microsoft Excel. If you have Google Docs you can convert Microsoft Excel spreadsheets into Google Sheets format.
