Father Figures Coach

Coaching

Father Figures coaches help dads build confidence with money and take practical steps toward the life they want for themselves and their families.

Our approach goes beyond spreadsheets and savings targets it’s about connecting money to meaning. Coaches guide clients to align their finances with their values, their goals, and their family priorities.

Using our step-by-step 7-Step Framework for Financial Success and proven digital tools, coaches make it simple and engaging for dads to budget, save, invest, and plan for the future.

Every coach helps their clients find clarity, confidence, and control so they can stop worrying about money and start focusing on what really matters: family, freedom, and fulfilment.

Earnings

How do coaches earn?

Father Figures coaches are independent professionals who work directly with the clients they support, setting their own schedules and delivering coaching through our programmes.

Coaches are paid by their clients for the sessions they provide, with rates reflecting the type of programme and the level of support involved.

Some coaches choose to build a full-time practice, while others integrate coaching alongside family life or other professional commitments. In either case, coaching offers a flexible and meaningful way to make an impact while being fairly rewarded for your time, experience, and expertise.

Training

How does the training work?

All new coaches complete our structured online training programme, built around the Father Figures 7-Step Framework.

The training is a combination of live workshops, practical exercises, and peer support within our coaching community. You’ll learn how to guide dads through powerful money conversations, help them build realistic plans, and support lasting behavioural change.

Depending on your background and schedule, training typically takes 4 to 12 weeks. Every coach completes a practical assessment and receives ongoing mentorship to ensure they feel confident before taking on clients.

Impact

What kind of difference do coaches make?

Becoming a Father Figures coach means helping dads change their stories with money and, often, changing lives.

Here are a few real examples of the difference our coaches make:

“Supporting a family to plan for parental leave without financial stress.”

“Helping a dad finally get on top of debt and start saving for his kids’ future.”

“Giving a client the confidence to change jobs and spend more time with his children.”

“Helping a couple find common ground with money after years of financial tension.”

Father Figures coaches don’t just teach money skills they help build stronger families, healthier relationships, and more secure futures.
